2. Prices and payment methods
- All prices are in euros and include VAT (where applicable).

3. Delivery information
- Products in stock:
If the product is immediately available, we will usually deliver it to. 3-7 working days from the moment the payment is received. - Made to order products:
Some products are made to order or delivered directly from the manufacturer, so delivery times can be up to. 3-3.5 months. In the case of products with a long delivery time, we will inform you before confirming your order. - Delivery methods and costs:

- All delivery costs will be added to the final price of the order.
4. Customer's responsibility when ordering

- If the product ordered has a longer delivery time, the customer must confirm the delivery time conditions in writing before final confirmation of the purchase.
5. Refunds and repayments

6. Defective or wrong products
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us. within 48 hours upon receipt, by sending an e-mail to. info@luxuryoverland.eu.
Add:- Order number.
- Photos of damaged or wrong product.
- If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
7. Special orders
- Custom-made or adapted products (e.g. special dimensions or colours) are not returnable unless the product is defective.
- For these products, all details that the customer must confirm in writing will be sent to the customer before the order is confirmed.
8. Warranty and maintenance
- For all products 2-year guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
- Not covered by warranty:
- damage caused by user error.
- Defects caused by incorrect installation.
- Normal wear and tear and damage caused by natural forces.
