  • All products sold in the online shop are intended for private consumers and businesses, unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices and payment methods

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payment methods:
    • Credit or debit cards.
    • Bank transfer (on invoice).
    • Other payment methods (as shown on the website).
  • The order is deemed to be confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Delivery information

  • Products in stock:
    If the product is immediately available, we will usually deliver it to. 3-7 working days from the moment the payment is received.
  • Made to order products:
    Some products are made to order or delivered directly from the manufacturer, so delivery times can be up to. 3-3.5 months. In the case of products with a long delivery time, we will inform you before confirming your order.
  • Delivery methods and costs:
    • Delivery methods and costs will be calculated at the time of placing the order, according to the size and destination of the goods.
    • All delivery costs will be added to the final price of the order.

4. Customer's responsibility when ordering

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct contact and delivery details. In case of incorrect information, Luxuy Overland is not responsible for any delay or failure of delivery.
  • If the product ordered has a longer delivery time, the customer must confirm the delivery time conditions in writing before final confirmation of the purchase.

5. Refunds and repayments

6. Defective or wrong products

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us. within 48 hours upon receipt, by sending an e-mail to. info@luxuryoverland.eu.
    Add:
    • Order number.
    • Photos of damaged or wrong product.
  • If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

7. Special orders

  • Custom-made or adapted products (e.g. special dimensions or colours) are not returnable unless the product is defective.
  • For these products, all details that the customer must confirm in writing will be sent to the customer before the order is confirmed.

8. Warranty and maintenance

  • For all products 2-year guarantee, unless otherwise stated.
  • Not covered by warranty:
    • damage caused by user error.
    • Defects caused by incorrect installation.
    • Normal wear and tear and damage caused by natural forces.
